Refund Policy

Saifurn Return & Refund Policy

At Saifurn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
  • It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at service@saifurn.com.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address and specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@saifurn.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishables: Food, flowers, or plants.
  • Customized Goods: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal Care: Beauty products, intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or chemicals.
  • Final Sale: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet all eligibility requirements (original condition, tags, and packaging).

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If 15 business days have passed since approval, please first check your bank account, then contact us at service@saifurn.com.

7. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
