Saifurn Limited Warranty

This limited warranty provides you with specific legal rights. It does not override any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract. This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from www.saifurn.com.

Note: We cannot verify the authenticity or condition of products sold through third-party channels. Warranty services for items purchased from other retailers must be handled according to their respective policies.

What Our Limited Warranty Covers

We warrant that the products you purchase from Saifurn will:

  • Match the description provided at the time of purchase or as listed in our store.
  • Be of satisfactory quality and free from manufacturing defects.
  • Be fit for the specific purposes communicated to us and confirmed by our team.

Warranty Period

Our standard warranty period is 1 Year, starting from the date you receive the product (as determined by the shipping confirmation in our records).

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product. If repair/replacement is not feasible, we will offer a refund (minus usage value) or a partial refund if you choose to keep the product.

What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does NOT cover claims resulting from:

  • Natural Variations: Minor differences between product images and the actual item, including natural wood grain, leather texture, or handcrafted variations.
  • Wear & Tear: Normal aging of materials over time through regular use.
  • Improper Use: Incorrect assembly, poor maintenance, or exposure to unsuitable environments (high heat, extreme humidity, or pollutants).
  • Commercial Use: Use of products outside of private or residential settings (unless specifically authorized).
  • Moisture & Chemicals: Damage from excessive perspiration, water exposure, or organic solvents.
  • External Causes: Accidents, fire, water damage, neglect, or modifications made to the original design.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To ensure your claim is processed smoothly, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit your claim within 14 days of discovering the defect.
  2. Email us at service@saifurn.com with your Order Number.
  3. Provide Photos: You must include clear, high-resolution photos or videos of the defect. Failure to provide visual evidence may result in the claim being declined.
